A hard cap of four, because six weeks of real attention doesn't scale and I'm not going to pretend it does. You come in with an idea and the willingness to be told the truth about it. You leave with a business that exists on paper and in the world.

$1,200 holds your seat. The remaining $2,400 splits across the six weeks at $400 a week. Nothing gets added on later.
Send the form. Twenty-minute call, no pitch. If it's a fit you get the start date and the seat. If it isn't, we point you somewhere better and nobody spends a dollar.
Not experience — willingness. You have to want to be told the truth about your idea, do the work between sessions, and show up.
